APPLICATION OF DOUBLE-PARAMETER CONSTRAINTS AND PRE-STACK SIMULTANEOUS INVERSION TO PREDICTION OF IGNEOUS BODIES IN THE NORTH YELLOW SEA BASIN

  • The North Yellow Sea Basin is one of the petroliferous basins with low degrees of exploration and studies in the east of China. The large amount of igneous rocks associated with multiple tectonic activities further increases the difficulties in oil and gas exploration of the basin. In order to obtain the characteristics of igneous rock distribution, using the latest acquisition and processing 3D seismic data and the newly established special igneous rock physical model through comprehensive analysis of drilling and log data, this article predicts the distribution of igneous rocks in a block in North Yellow Sea Basin with application of double-parameter constraints and seismic pre-stack simultaneous inversion. The results show that it is an effective method of prediction; the igneous rocks dominated by intrusive stocks or dykes in this area have the characteristic of small scale and wide distribution.
