海州湾南部近岸柱状样沉积物重金属污染

ANALYSIS OF HEAVY METAL POLLUTION IN CORES FROM THE SOUTH HAIZHOU BAY

  • 摘要: 按照《海洋监测规范》,As采用原子荧光法分析,Hg采用冷原子吸收分光光度法分析,Pb、Cd、Cu采用阳极溶出伏安法分析,对海州湾南部近岸3个柱状样主要重金属在不同深度浓度的变化和重金属潜在生态危害指数随深度的变化进行了分析,结合210Pb测年,探讨了重金属的污染历史。结果表明,海州湾南部近岸柱状样重金属浓度随深度基本呈锯齿状变化;同有机质的相关性分析表明As、Cu、Pb与人为污染有关;重金属污染水平总体轻微,其中主要污染元素是Hg,已达极强生态危害。

     

    Abstract: According to the code of marine monitoring, As was analysed by atomic fluorescence, Hg was analysed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and Pb, Cd and Cu were analysed by anodic stripping vo-hammetry. The changes of heavy metals concentration and potential ecological risk indices in different depths of 3 cores from the south Haizhou Bay were analysed by those methods, and the contamination history of heavy metals was also dicussed combined with the 210Pb dating. Results show that the concentration of heavy metals varied with depth like zigzag; the correlation with organic matter indicated that As, Cu and Pb were related to human contamination; the pollution of heavy metal is low on the whole, and Hg is the primary element of pollution, which is seriously harmful to ecology.
