1955年以来辽东湾重金属沉积通量变化及其与人类活动的关系

Change in heavy metal depositional fluxes in the tidal flat of Liaodong Bay since 1955 and its relation to human activities

  • 摘要: 辽东湾潮滩盖州滩是辽河口区域重要的湿地之一, 为了研究盖州滩重金属元素沉积通量变化的历史, 2015年在盖州滩上进行了沉积柱样的采集。分析了沉积柱样的12种金属元素、粒径和有机质含量, 利用Fe和Ca两种金属元素作为粒度的替代指标对其他10种金属元素进行标准化, 并计算了沉积柱样金属元素的富集系数以及人类活动产生的重金属沉积通量。结果表明:沉积物组分特征和金属元素之间的相关性说明沉积柱样中金属元素的来源具有一致性。过去60年(137 Cs定年)盖州滩上As、Cr、Mn、Ni、Pb和Zn六种重金属出现轻度富集, 人类活动影响下的陆源输入是导致重金属元素通量变化的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: The Gaizhou tidal flat is one of the major wetlands located in the Liaohe estuary.A sediment core was acquired there in 2015.The concentrations of metal elements including As、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mg、Ni、Pb、Sr、Ti and Zn are measured by the authors with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) for study of the historical input and fluxes of heavy metals.Mean particle size and total organic matter content are also analyzed for reference.Elements Fe and Ca, as proxy of grain size is selected for normalizing the other 10 kinds of metal elements and calculation of metal enrichment factors (EF) and anthropogenic heavy metal sedimentary fluxes.The characteristics of sediment components, as well as the significant correlation among the metal elements suggest that the source of metal elements in the sediment core is quite consistent, and the Gaizhou tidal flat are lightly polluted by six kinds of heavy metals including As, Cr, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn over the past 60 years (the age of sediments is dated by artificial radionuclide137 Cs).Contaminations due to anthropogenic activities are regarded as the main source of heavy metals pollution.
